Restrictions

• Materials may not be copied, reproduced, or redistributed outside the authorised school or licence holder
• Access details, including logins and unlock codes, must not be shared
• Content may not be uploaded to other platforms or shared publicly
• Materials may not be modified or used to create derivative works
• The programme may not be used for private tutoring, commercial lessons, or any non-school setting without a valid kOUIvna licence
• Content must not be extracted, copied, or transferred from kOUIvna devices or applications, including via USB or other storage methods

Intellectual property

All content, including slides, audio, video, app content, printed materials, and programme structure, remains the property of kOUIvna. No ownership rights are transferred through use of the programme.

Access and security

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their access credentials and ensuring that materials are used only by authorised users.

kOUIvna reserves the right to suspend or restrict access in cases of misuse.
